Preorder terms and conditions
Preorders require a 10% deposit, with the remaining amount to be charged once the item arrives.  There is a 10% restocking fee for preorder cancellations. 

Layaway terms and conditions
Layaways require a 10% deposit and monthly payments according to the terms agreed upon.  There is a 10% restocking fee for cancellations of layaways.  Layaways can be held with a credit card or for a maximum of 5 days awaiting a deposit.  All moneys will be forfeited on accounts dormant over 90 days.  There are no refunds on cancelled layaway items; a store credit will be issued for the balance.  

Special orders terms and conditions
Special orders require a 15% deposit, with the remaining amount to be charged once the item arrives.  There is a 15% restocking fee for cancellations of special orders. 

Returns and Postage
Returns accepted within 5 days with prior approval only!!   We are not responsible for postage on dolls returned to store for any reason.
